Malia Moore

Saturday finally arrived! Dad showed yesterday to drive us home! We had a lot of stuff to pack up after three weeks in the hospital! Linda came by to see us and played with me while mom and dad paid the hospital bill and packed up the car! It was great to see Linda again! Our plan is to take the 2pm ferry and leave the hospital by noon.

Irene is following us home as she will begin to work out with me on Monday. How exciting to be leaving. I sure hope I do not have to come back here again for a very very long time. I want to say a big thanks to everyone at CIMA for being so kind to me and taking such good care of me. I will not have to come back here again until it is time for my testing and to do another ultra sound on my kidney.

I want to thank Dona Lourdes, Irene’s mom for washing my clothes and preparing my meals for me. I also want to thank Sofia for coming by each week to hang out and visit with me. I am blessed to have so many people who care about me!

By noon we were actually ready to leave! Off we go to home! Yeah!
