It was a beautiful day, it was not too hot and the sun is shining down us for my party. I am so excited to see everyone and to meet the Shriner Clowns! I am getting my face painted for the first time.  I have to say I was not very thrilled with the paint brush on my cheek but after it was done I was happy to have my little pink flower there!  We have so many activites going on today. My Auntie T is in charge every year of the kids activities and it is always a big hit!  I love being able to see so many friends and family all at once and  to listen to great music all day!

The day could not have gone any better. My friend Wil and his mom Kimberly drove in from Belton to see me. Wil has Lissencephaly too and is my age. Also, Daphni brought her son Connor and her family to meet me and Paula drove from Sealy to visit with me. Her daughter Grace has Miller Dieker and Lissencephaly and is 10 years old but she had been sick with pneumonia and was not able to come this time. It  meant so much to me that they came to see me. We had a really nice time together. It is great because we are able to raise awareness about Lisssencephaly and part of the money that we raise goes to continued research of Lissencephaly. Hopefully one day they may find a cure.  Thanks to everyone for coming, for all the hard work that went into putting on my party and for the love and support you continue to give to me.
