I was so happy for my dad that Canada won the gold! He was so anxious about the game against the USA. As you all know, I am Costa Rican by birth, and half Canadian from my dad and half American from my mom. My mom calls herself a honorary Canadian when it comes to hockey as all that she learned about hockey she learned from my dad while she was living in Vancouver with him! The only place on our penisula that was showing the game was a beach bar in St. Teresa. My mom, dad and grandma took off to watch the game and left me here with Luisa. The bar was too hot and small for me to be hanging out in so I decided it was best for me to say at home! I was happy for my grandma and dad that Canada won and my mom was happy too as she always likes a happy home!!
