I have been able to overcome my initial fear of being alone in the water with no one holding me! I love the freedom swimming gives to me! I can twirl around and flip from my front to back! I use my legs and arms to get me around the pool. The longest I have swam for is 45 mintues. I like to float alot as well, but my cheering crowd wont let me rest for too long! After I am done swimming I love to take a warm bath and then I sleep like an angel! I am so glad my parents added this new type of therapy for me! It sure beats working out on the balcony or yoga platform! I dont get off the hook of that either but I do look forward to my swimming at the end of the day!
