It has been a week now that I have been swimming. I have been able to overcome my initial fear of being alone in the water with no one holding me! I love the freedom swimming gives to me! I can twirl around and flip from my front to back! I use my legs and arms to get me around the pool. The longest I have swam for is 45 mintues. I like to float alot as well, but my cheering crowd wont let me rest for too long! After I am done swimming I love to take a warm bath and then I sleep like an angel! I am so glad my parents added this new type of therapy for me! It sure beats working out on the balcony or yoga platform! I dont get off the hook of that either but I do look forward to my swimming at the end of the day! It cools me down and gets me ready for the evening!

My grandma is the best bun and cinnamon bun maker I know! Today she let me help her make some buns! It was fun to feel the dough in my hands! Yesterday we had so much fun, we went to the beach and went out for lunch in St. Teresa. The restaurant where we had lunch has a pool so we were able to go swimming. I am enjoying so much swimming.. Free at last! I get to swim all by myself! Well kinda, you know my mom is never far away from me!
